CONS
Questions -- When you work at home, no one will be able to guide you or help you on your task or work and you are not able to share your workload to others.
Interruption -- Another obstacle to doing good work at home are the interruptions that may come every now and then.
A phone call, your kids, a good movie or some friends who want to hang out with you can be some of these interruptions.
Absence -- Probably one of the biggest disadvantages of working at home is having little chance to take a vacation because usually, nobody is available to take your place.
