Gareth C Thomas is a property investor/landlord with over 14 years experience. He currently works full time as an employee for a major investment banking group within the financial services sector based in the City of London and has over 27 years experience in the industry. Gareth is  married and has one child.

He qualified as an accountant with the ACCA in 2000 and became a Fellow (FCCA) in 2005.  He has worked in many areas of banking and finance and has gained an in-depth knowledge of auditing financial services companies (banks), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Due Diligence procedures, Know Your Customer requirements, and AML Compliance.

Gareth recently took an advanced course in Public Speaking at the Bishopsgate Institute in the City of London, which he thoroughly enjoyed, and constantly updates and continues to learn new techniques to further his knowledge and expertise in everything he enjoys, such as making money from property investing, social networking and blogging, affiliate marketing (online and offline) and many other things.

From early 2007 through to mid-2009 he was a volunteer Money Advisor at the Toynbee Hall Money (Debt) Advice Centre, Whitechapel for over two years helping people with serious financial issues and debt problems. His financial prowess also extends to being the District Treasurer for the East London District Scouts Council and sitting on the Board of Directors of the Tower Hamlets Credit Union.

He enjoys reading, writing, creating videos designed to give useful hints and tips to help people with their finances and creating longer term personal wealth through property investment.
